I was comfortable waiting in their waiting area, they were polite and respectful. Everything that was needed by my car was explained to me in a way I could understand and recommendations were made. As I waiting in their waiting area I observed multiple employees interacting with each other and customers. All the employees were polite and respectful and I never felt uncomfortable while waiting there.

Came in due to my A/C not working right, Tim, at the desk, was very friendly and explained all the steps they would take prior to starting. I liked that he went through the entire process letting me know exactly what they would do and our hopeful outcome. Every technician I saw and spoke to was polite and friendly. They made me feel welcome also. I definitely got a friendly feeling and that they appreciated our business. We will definitely return and had a great first visit. Thank You!!!!

This is a quality shop. Honest people, good work and reasonable prices. They have service our Honda, Toyota, and previously an Acura. We go nowhere else for service. Military discount for all work. Highly recommend for any mechanical need.

1/2021 It's a good car, but I had left for four years without driving and sitting in the rain. I knew I would be in for a helluva bill, but it has less than 120K on it, and it had been a reliable car. Replacing it was silly. Putting in the money that I needed to was quite a bit less. I asked Tim & his team to rebuild the car. I've used them in the past and have recommended them to others that have been satisfied. I am! The vehicle works terrific, and after so much work had been done, it drives solidly. I'm not going to confuse people with this being a new car, but it runs like a top, and it wouldn't be if it weren't for the folks there. I highly recommend them! Maybe this is unfair; the last time I used Z was five years ago...I think. I will review them because of that service. I am going back in with another project in the next month. When I was there last, it took a friend who had had one-weekend mechanic too much work on his POS Chrysler Sebring. It was on its last legs and had to hold together for another six months--you know, the kind of car we are talking about, another "legitimate" shop, wouldn't have anything to do with this flaming piece. What they did do is methodically list in three trips how to get the car back in order. He did X, Y, and Z and recommended that he get at A, B & C pronto. Mrs. gave my friend a free emergency kit, "just in case," charged him a couple of hundred well-spent bucks that held that thing together until he could get the new car he had been saving to purchase. I'm sure that represents the most acceptable value and service I have seen in any product or service. Next project? My car. They have to fix it to get my car to get it to 300K miles, about 150K more miles. I trust them to help me do it! Had the guys at Zs work on my 84 El Camino, very happy with the work they did an how quickly it was completed. The staff is extremely professional had the pleasure talking with Tim an he got me on track to getting the vehicle back up an running how it should be. Thank to all the guys at the shop for putting in that effort to getting my vehicle back up in tip top shape. Good honest mechanics with great break downs of routes you can take on parts/upgrades.
