Welcome to Z’s Car Care, where automotive expertise meets a passion for service. With over 35 years of industry experience, our journey began two years ago when Robert and Jennifer seized the opportunity to take over this beloved establishment.

Robert’s fascination with cars ignited in high school, where he immersed himself in automotive programs, setting the foundation for his lifelong passion. Jennifer, equipped with a bachelor’s degree in history and an associate’s degree in paralegal studies, brings a unique perspective and dedication to detail honed through her experiences working with attorneys across the Portland metro area and Salem.

When the opportunity to acquire Z’s Car Care arose, it was the realization of a long-held dream for Robert and Jennifer. With a shared vision for exceptional service and a commitment to continuous growth, we embarked on this journey determined to provide our customers with an unparalleled experience.

Meet Eric Jobe – ASE Certified Master Technician

I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, and Hillsboro, Oregon. I am an ASE Certified Master Technician with over 25 years of experience. I have been with Z’s Car Care for the last 22 years. My journey into automotive expertise began with a curiosity that simply couldn’t be contained.

From an early age, I found myself drawn to the inner workings of machinery, eagerly disassembling and reassembling anything I could get my hands on. While most saw broken pieces, I saw opportunities for restoration and renewal.

It was this innate knack for problem-solving that led me to pursue a two-year automotive degree at Portland Community College. With every diagnostic challenge, I found fulfillment in uncovering the root cause and bringing vehicles back to life.

One particularly memorable project stands out amongst the rest: the restoration of my mother’s cherished 1965 Ford Mustang Fastback. Teaming up with my father, we dedicated countless Saturdays to meticulously restoring this automotive icon. The experience not only deepened my understanding of classic cars but also refined my skills as a technician.

As I look ahead, I’m excited by the ever-evolving landscape of automotive technology and the endless possibilities it presents. With each advancement, I’m committed to staying at the forefront of innovation, ensuring that Z’s Car Care remains your trusted partner on the road ahead.
